Key Responsibilities:
Conduct original research in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or related AI fields.
Develop new algorithms, models, and approaches to advance AI capabilities.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and integrate research outcomes.
Publish research papers in top conferences and journals.
Stay updated on emerging trends and breakthroughs in AI/ML research.
Participate in academic and industry forums to represent the organisation.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong theoretical knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and AI.
Proficiency in Python and research-oriented ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with designing and evaluating novel ML algorithms.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
