Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects across Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
Monitor project health including timelines, scope, quality, and resource utilisation.
Lead delivery planning sessions, risk reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
Continuously improve delivery processes, removing bottlenecks and implementing best practices.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and delivery transparency.
Track key delivery metrics and report performance to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of digital delivery across design, development, and deployment cycles.
Excellent planning, organisational, and risk management abilities.
Familiarity with delivery tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles.
Agile or delivery certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, PRINCE2 Agile, or equivalent.
Experience in agency, product, or consultancy environments is advantageous.
