Key Responsibilities:
Develop visual content for digital campaigns, websites, presentations, print materials, and social media.
Interpret creative briefs to produce original graphics and visual concepts that align with project objectives.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to meet campaign and branding goals.
Prepare design files and assets for print and digital production.
Maintain visual consistency across multiple brand touchpoints.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh, modern output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout.
Ability to adapt designs to various formats and platforms.
Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics and composition.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and in team settings.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of professional design experience (freelance or agency experience is acceptable).
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital and print media.
Experience with brand development or rebranding initiatives is an advantage.
