Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Analyse business processes to identify suitable candidates for automation.
Collaborate with process owners to design automation workflows that meet business requirements.
Maintain and optimise existing RPA solutions to improve performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to RPA bots.
Document RPA development and maintenance procedures.
Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency with one or more RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Strong understanding of process mapping and automation lifecycle.
Experience with scripting languages like VBScript, Python, or JavaScript.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug automation workflows.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of professional experience in RPA development.
Knowledge of workflow management and BPM tools.
Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and security standards.
