Key Responsibilities:
Analyse current workflows and business processes to identify automation potential.
Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Integromat.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and challenges.
Test, monitor, and optimise automated workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Provide training and documentation to end-users for automated processes.
Stay updated on new automation tools and best practices.
Support integration of workflows with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Integromat, or similar).
Understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems.
Analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach.
Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.
Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years’ experience in process automation or workflow management.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Knowledge of business process modelling techniques.
