Workflow Automation Specialists design and implement automated solutions to optimise business processes. We are seeking a Workflow Automation Specialist to streamline and optimise business processes through technology-driven automation. You will analyse existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficient solutions to improve operational productivity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current workflows and business processes to identify automation potential.

  • Design, develop, and deploy workflow automation solutions using platforms like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Integromat.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and challenges.

  • Test, monitor, and optimise automated workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.

  • Provide training and documentation to end-users for automated processes.

  • Stay updated on new automation tools and best practices.

  • Support integration of workflows with existing enterprise systems and APIs.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong experience with workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Integromat, or similar).

  • Understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems.

  • Analytical thinking with a problem-solving approach.

  • Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or similar) is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2+ years’ experience in process automation or workflow management.

  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

  • Knowledge of business process modelling techniques.
